How safe is the website and my personal data?

Our site is super safe. We use an SSL Certificate that ensures the safety of every transaction and your data.

An SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate is a digital, certificate that authenticates the identity of a website and encrypts information sent to the server to keep data safe from prying eyes.

Ziigie will at no point share your data with any 3rd party unless it is essential for the delivery of our service to you. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

How do I use Spiceworks?

Spice Works is only available to Vendors. Simply click on the Vendor Helpdesk Link and send your queries. Each query will receive a Ticket number; one of our support agents will get in touch with you to resolve the issue.

How do I become a Vendor on Ziigie?

To become a Ziigie Vendor, you go to www.ziigie.com, select the “sign up” option and enter your email address and password. Tick the “Register as a vendor” box; when you do this more fields will appear requesting more information. Once you are done entering the information, click Register and an Account Manager will be in touch with you on the way forward.

How to cancel an order

To cancel an order, you log into www.ziigie.com, the go to your account, click the “Order” option, your orders will display, then cancel the one you wish to remove from the list. You may also send an email to info@ziigie.com or give us a call.

Can an order be cancelled?

An order can be cancelled prior to dispatch for delivery from our warehouse. You may cancel the order by selecting the cancel function in the order page of your account, via email to us or by giving us a call.

If you had made payment then a refund will follow, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.

What if my product stops working six months after delivery?

Unfortunately we cannot facilitate returns that fall outside of the 6 month period. This will only be possible if the supplier has an extended warranty period beyond 6 Months.

We will however, communicate with the Vendor and see how we can be of assistance.

Can I return products bought on sale?

Yes it can be returned. However, this is subject to any specific conditions of the sale and the individual product that is on sale.

How do I exchange a product?

In case you want to exchange a product, you must return the item to use via Registered Parcel Post and we will send you the requested product via the same means at no charge. If such variation is not available, we will issue you a Voucher with a value equal to the purchase price of the product being returned within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference). This is, however, subject to some terms and conditions.

What refund options are available for returns?

We want you to be happy with every purchase you make at Ziigie but if not satisfied we can;

  • Repair/Replace it
  • Issue a voucher to the value of the purchase
  • Institute a cash refund subject to the “Returns and Refund” terms

How will I know my return request has been received?

Once you send us an email, we will be in contact with you within the next business day. Should this not happen, please follow up with a call to verify whether your email was received.

How long does it take to process a return?

Up to 10 business days.

How to log a return?

Send an email to info@ziigie.com stating your cart reference number, the item that you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will then be in contact with you on how to proceed.

Which items do not qualify for returns once delivered?

Items of a personal nature, including but not limited to accessories, creams and body hygiene products. Other items such as music CDs where the seal has been broken, books and eBooks. Please refer to our Returns Policy document for the full list of items and more information on returns.

What if an item is missing from my shipment?

We will make every effort to ensure that this doesn’t happen. However, should this error take place, you will be able to pick it up on delivery (we encourage you to open your package before you sign for it to ensure that everything you ordered is there). Whatever is missing will be dispatched to you immediately upon the courier notifying us.

For standard delivery, you will have to notify us of any missing items and we will dispatch that item to you immediately.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

You will need to sign for items delivered via courier. Please have some form of official identification ready.

Which delivery address should I use?

Deliveries are made during the day; we therefore advise that you supply your day-time address for delivery (office address etc).

Where does Ziigie deliver to?

Everywhere in Botswana.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes a maximum of three days from receipt of payment to delivery, depending on where you are in the country. Express courier delivery will take a maximum of 24hours from product dispatch, depending on where you are in the country.

What is the cost of delivery?

Standard delivery costs P50 countrywide. Express ranges from P30 to P130 depending on location

What delivery options are available?

We have two options. Standard delivery via the Botswana Parcel Post (this goes to your post office mailbox) and takes a maximum of three days from receipt of payment to delivery, depending on where you are in the country. We recommend this option for areas that do not have established street addresses as courier companies may not be able to locate you.

Express courier delivery which will take a maximum of 24hours from product dispatch, depending on where you are in the country.

When will I receive my purchase after making payment?

Once the platform provider you used to make payment notifies us that the payment has been received, we will send you a receipt via email then dispatch your goods for delivery.

Please note that different providers have different lead times.

Orange Money: notification of payment is supplied to Ziigie at 6am daily for transactions processed in the preceding 24hours. Therefore your receipt will only be sent out after 7am, and goods dispatched thereafter.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

Due to security concerns for our logistics providers, we do not take cash on delivery.

How secure is payment?

Payments are facilitated by third party platforms (such as PaypPal, Orange Money and EFT from your respective bank to ours) that ensure the safety of your data. At no point will be in possession of any of your financial information.

Once payment is received on our end, we will send you your receipt and your order will be on its way.

What payment options are available?

EFT to our bank account, Orange Money, and PayPal.

What happens if the price of a pre-ordered item changes?

Any price changes will not impact orders that pre-existed the price revision (whether it is an increase or a decrease).

 

How to cancel a pre-order?

Yes you can. Logon to your account and go to your account history and select the pre-ordered item and cancel it.

Please note that depending on the item and how far along it is in production, a charge may accrue to cancel pre-orders.

Can normal orders and pre-orders be mixed in the same cart?

No. Pre-Ordered items are sold separately from the Normal sale items. If you have normal sale items in your cart, they will be automatically removed when you add a pre-order item to the cart. So buy normal sale items first, after completing the purchase you then buy the pre-order items.

How do I buy pre-order only items?

The same way you would normal sales; select the item you want and click on ‘Pre-Order’. As with Backorders, you will be informed during the checkout process when the item will be delivered to you and the payment terms for the order.

Please note that some items will require a portion of the purchase price in advance, with the balance payable when the item is ready for delivery, and other items will require the full price of the item up-front.

How to back-order

Backorders are done in the same way we do the normal sales. Only difference is that you will be informed during the purchase process when the item will be released to you.

What if something I want is currently out of stock?

If the item is back-order enabled, you can buy the item using the Back-order function. If not, we can notify you when the item is back in stock, just click on the ‘Notify Me’ button. When the item is back in stock we will send you an email.

Can I create and share a gift registry?

Our Wishlist can also function as a gift registry. Simply add the products you want on your registry to your wishlist; then share the list with your friends on social media or via email.

Can I shop on Ziigie if I do not have an account?

Yes you can. Just add the products you want to buy to your cart and move on to Check-out when you are done shopping.

Having an account will make the checkout process easier the next time you buy because you won’t have to enter your information all over again!

How do I log a complaint or feedback?

How do I redeem a promotional code?

At checkout, enter the promo code in the space provided and update your cart; this will redeem your promo code.

How to sign up for the newsletter?

Enter your Name and Email address in the sign-up form at the bottom left corner of the site (Join our Ziigie Family), or on the newsletter pop-up, and you will be added to our mailing list.

Forgotten password, what do I do?

On the login screen click on ‘Forgot Password’. An email will be sent to the address you provided when registering.  Follow the instructions contained in the email to reset your password.

My email address has changed, how do I update my account?

Login to your account, on the top-left drop-down (the one with your name on it) select ‘My Account’. Go to ‘Edit Account’ and amend your email address.

How to create an account?

On the site’s home page, click Login/Register and choose the option to register for a new account. This you will do by entering a username and password. For your safety, the site will not accept what we term as ‘weak’ passwords, so make it good and strong!
